By offering Gentle Yin Yoga, we assist in the undoing of the days tension. Our instructors guide participants through gentle stretch and mindful practices, helping brains and bodies to find a peaceful state. This powerful self care technique aids in organizing brainwaves and creating appropriate pathways for a hard days work to settle and offer valuable headspace available to take on the next day.
